We currently find ourselves at 38% funded by 100 backers! The entire team would like to thank everyone who supported this project. From pledging, to sharing on social media to telling a friend who might be interested. We are all so grateful and excited to get this game into as many hands as possible.
With that being said, onto the first piece of news:
We are adding a new pledge level! By backing at the €20, you not only get the benefits of the Hero Too pledge level. And we will also add a community copy for every pledge of this level! This will allow those who cannot afford the game at, whether right now or at launch, to be able to get the game while allowing those with means to ensure that this game is supported.
It is important to the team that anyone who wants to play this game can. And this level helps make that a reality.
I am having so much fun writing up these installments to the actual play demonstration of the game-Which now has the title of Kirby’s Academy For The Phenomenal. And with that being said, here is Part 2 of it and the first part of in-story play. Enjoy!

Thank you so much to all of you for your support in this project. It’s been a dream for me to see this game flourish to its fullest potential and an even bigger dream to do it with a team I respect as much as the one I’m working with now.

In my haste to get this project up and running, I neglected to bring an editor on board. Which is why when I received a message from Vi offering their services, I was absolutely delighted!
Vi (@Immawafflebunny) has a huge repertoire of skill and experience in editing RPGs. You may have seen their work in the OSR-instant classic, Mörk Borg. We are so happy to have them on board as our team’s resident editor.
Due to the nature of Kickstarter, we cannot up our goal with the campaign having already begun. In the event we do not make an excess goal for paying Vi, I promise that the payment that would have gone to me will go towards compensating Vi for their work.
Journaling games are often lesser known and overlooked in the RPG sphere. I have received quite a few messages of people asking me just how they work.
So, I am working with my team to create an actual play of Hero Too: Base Edition. It will be done in text form. Your’s truly will be writing this and having a ball of a time doing so. The text form will be released in separate entries.
